FlowStep is a 100% offline-first native Android focus pacer engineered specifically for adults experiencing ADHD, task paralysis, and executive dysfunction.

When a task feels too large, executive function breaks down. Willpower cannot bridge that gap — but lowering the physical activation threshold can. FlowStep dissolves overwhelming obligations into single, 2-minute physical actions that require almost zero mental friction to initiate.

KEY CRAFTSMANSHIP & FEATURES:

1. TUNNEL-VISION ACTIVE INTERFACE
Never stare at overwhelming, anxiety-inducing 20-item to-do lists again. FlowStep displays exactly ONE single micro-action at a time. The rest of the world and future steps remain completely hidden until you tap complete.

2. ORGANIC VISUAL PACER (NO TICKING CLOCKS)
Standard countdown clocks trigger time blindness panic and adrenaline spikes. FlowStep's custom Canvas Visual Pacer breathes with a gentle, soothing expansion cycle to keep your brain anchored without ever displaying a single numeric countdown second.

3. PHYSICAL ACTION ATOMIZER (OFFLINE + GEMINI BRIDGE)
Type any vague or dreaded task ("Clean my room", "Do my taxes", "Reply to emails"). FlowStep instantly deconstructs it into 3 to 5 hyper-concrete physical movements that begin with real physical starting verbs ("Pick up", "Open", "Sit", "Wipe", "Gather"). Works 100% offline via local heuristic decomposition, with an optional Bring-Your-Own-Key Gemini 3.8 Flash cloud bridge.

4. "TOO HARD" BREAKDOWN RESCUE
Hit a wall of executive paralysis on a specific step? Tap "Too Hard? Break it Down" to instantly subdivide the stalled action into two 60-second micro-starter movements.

5. 2-SECOND STRAY THOUGHT BUFFER
ADHD minds are constantly interrupted by intrusive ideas ("Did I pay the electric bill?"). A persistent floating capture button lets you park any distraction into local device storage in under 2 seconds without losing your place or interrupting active flow.

6. NON-PUNITIVE LIFETIME MOMENTUM
Streaks punish neurodivergent brains when life happens. FlowStep replaces fragile streaks with a cumulative Lifetime Momentum Ledger. Every single completed step belongs to you forever. No broken streak alerts, no red penalty badges.

100% PRIVACY & OFFLINE GUARANTEE:
FlowStep contains zero advertising trackers, zero user telemetry, and zero background analytics. All data is persisted exclusively in local SQLite on your device.
