1. Data Collection & Storage
KR Habits is designed with an offline-first architecture.
- Local Storage: All your habit titles, schedules, notes, and completion logs are stored locally on your device in a private SQLite database.
- Optional Google Cloud Sync: If you choose to sign in with your Google Account, habit metadata and check-in logs are transmitted securely via HTTPS to Google Cloud Firestore under your authenticated user record.
- No Third-Party Telemetry: We do not include third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or analytics trackers.
2. Google Account Permissions
When using Google Sign-In, KR Habits requests basic profile information (display name, email address, and user ID) solely to identify your account and authenticate access to your synchronized cloud habit database.
3. Data Retention & Deletion (Google Play Compliance)
You retain complete ownership of your data at all times:
- Local Data Deletion: To delete all local habit records, clear the application storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app.
- Cloud Data Deletion: If you synced habits with Google Cloud Firestore and wish to permanently delete your cloud records, you can disconnect and clear your data directly within the app, or email a data deletion request to eliakimrosil@gmail.com with your account email address. All associated cloud records will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
4. Software License
