Maintain your swimming pool filter system with precision and ease. SkimSkim: Pool Backwash Aide is an offline-first utility engineered specifically for pool owners and service technicians operating filter valves in bright outdoor environments. Performing filter maintenance requires accurate timing and exact chemical dosages. SkimSkim removes friction with a streamlined, utility-focused workflow designed for direct use at the equipment pad. Key Features: • Multi-Stage Backwash Timer: Step through backwash, rinse, waste, and filter cycles with clear acoustic cues and high-contrast stage progression. • Precise DE Dosage Calculator: Instantly calculate diatomaceous earth recharge quantities based on filter area ratings or pump capacity, eliminating guesswork and cloudy water. • High-Contrast Sunlight Interface: Large visual elements and readable indicators ensure clear visibility even in direct midday sun. • Hardware Key & Lock Controls: Prevent accidental screen taps from water droplets with a dedicated screen lock mode and support for physical volume buttons to progress timer stages. • Quick Settings Tile: Launch your maintenance timer directly from your Android notification shade without searching through your app drawer. • Complete Privacy & Offline Reliability: Zero account creation, no mandatory cloud sync, and full functionality without mobile reception or Wi-Fi.
